Hello, my name is Chris Grothe

I've been a gym owner and head trainer at CrossFit 601 since 2012.  In this time I have worked with hundreds of clients, many of whom have had all types of health and lifestyle conditions, injuries and chronic pain that medications and surgery could not address.  This has given me the opportunity to research their conditions and coach them through these trials and overcome them.  

My vision for Of Life Holistic Coaching is to offer my knowledge and experience to empower you to look at your life and health differently.

My mission is to help you to optimize your health and wellbeing through natural means and traditional wisdom blended with the most current science, in order that you might live a vibrant and fulfilling life.
