This 60-minute private digital coaching session is a dedicated space for you to slow down, reflect, and receive personalized guidance for your life, health, and overall well-being. Together, we’ll explore where you feel aligned and where you feel stuck — across mindset, lifestyle, purpose, and daily rhythms — so you can move forward with clarity and intention.
Before your session, you’ll receive access to a detailed self-reflection questionnaire. This guided assessment helps you clarify your goals, identify areas of alignment and stress, and share what matters most to you — allowing us to prepare intentionally and tailor your coaching experience from the very beginning.
Your session is led by Chris Grothe, our Certified Holistic Health Coach, trained through the CHEK Institute and backed by over 10 years of experience in holistic wellness and personal development. Each session is personalized to your unique needs and may include guided reflection, practical tools, and holistic strategies rooted in the Four Pillars of Health: Happiness, Diet, Quiet, and Movement.
