The Life Alignment Questionnaire is a guided self-reflection tool designed to help you better understand your patterns, stressors, habits, and areas of growth across mind, body, and lifestyle. Through intentional prompts and structured self-rating, this assessment creates space for honest awareness and meaningful personal insight.
